At the heart of Adventure Fourteen Summit is Temba Bhote, a highly respected Nepali mountaineer and the driving force behind the company.

Born in the rugged Makalu region, Temba has spent over two decades in high-altitude mountaineering, guiding climbers successfully to the world’s most challenging peaks. As a leader, he emphasises risk management, teamwork, patience, and respect for nature—core values that define every expedition we operate.

Temba often reminds climbers to “watch, listen, and understand the mountain,” a belief rooted in humility and his deep connection to the Himalayas. His calm leadership, unmatched experience, and dedication to safety have earned him tremendous respect in the international climbing community.

With more than 30 successful expeditions above 8,000 meters, Temba Bhote stands among Nepal’s most accomplished high-altitude guides. His summits include:
